Der Kodiak Island Borough ist ein Borough (Landkreis) im US-Bundesstaat Alaska mit 13.913 Einwohnern (Stand: 2000). Der Verwaltungssitz ist Kodiak.
Der Borough besteht aus dem Kodiak-Archipel und einem schmalen Küstenstreifen auf dem Festland. Die größte Landfläche bildet dabei die Kodiak Island. Die Wasserstraße, welche die Inseln vom Festland trennt, wird Schelichow-Straße genannt. Auf der Kodiak Island befindet sich ein Raketenstartplatz, der Kodiak Launch Complex.
Der Borough hat eine Gesamtfläche von 31.141 km², davon 16.990 km² Land und 14.151 km² (45.44%) Wasser.
