Das Gouvernorat Kairouan (arabisch ‏ولاية القيروان‎, DMG Wilāyat al-Qairawān) ist eines der 24 Gouvernorate Tunesiens.

Es liegt im Norden des Landes, hat eine Fläche von 6.712 km² und 546.000 Einwohner (Zensus 2004). Hauptstadt ist das gleichnamige Kairouan.
