Die Euler-Zahl (Formelzeichen: Eu; nach Leonhard Euler) ist eine dimensionslose Kennzahl in der Ähnlichkeitstheorie und stellt das Verhältnis von Druckkräften zu Trägheitskräften dar:

\it{Eu} = \frac{\Delta p}{\rho\,v^2}

Dabei ist Δp die Druckdifferenz, ρ die Dichte und v die Geschwindigkeit.
