Als Akazienholz (Acacienholz, Robinienholz, frz. acacie, engl. acacia) bezeichnet man das Holz der in Nordamerika heimischen und in Mitteleuropa inzwischen als Neophyt weit verbreiteten Gewöhnlichen Robinie (Robinia pseudacacia).

Es ist gelblichbraun, feinkörnig, biegsam, zäh und fest, lässt sich gut polieren und leicht färben, widersteht der Fäulnis und dem Wurmfraß sehr gut. Unter Wasser hält es sich sehr gut. In Europa benutzt man es zu Tischler- und Drechslerarbeiten, Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts auch zum Herstellen von Radspeichen sowie in Amerika auch zum Schiffbau.

Die Stiftshütte, sowie die Heiligen Geräte des Volkes Israel (Bundeslade, Tisch für die Schaubrote etc.) wurden aus dem Holz der Akazie gefertigt.
